Our weekly small group sessions, limited to 8 participants, prioritize creating a safe and non-judgmental environment. Confidentiality, respect, and active listening are our core principles. We begin with introductions and check-ins, allowing everyone to share their emotions openly. Feedback is shared only after a member has finished their share and consents to receive it.

“I’ve known Darcey for years and can speak to her passion at the launch of the Unity Collective (UC). I didn’t initially feel that I was the target audience or that I had anything to offer to this group; however, staying true to a goal of better health, I joined the UC. I offered lightly getting a feel and flow to the group and was intending the same the next meeting, but something of a surprise occurred. While providing feedback to another member, waves of revelations came forth revealing deep personal gratitudes and truths that I hadn’t planned on sharing. The emotional enlightenment brought tears and release of deep held negativity. I later thought over the ease of what and how I shared and attribute it to an innate trust felt from the group and Darcey. I’ve been programmed to carry my “Man Card” close, but it was actually healing to leave it on the table.
